Scout Games

This was shot during an evening picnic at Camp NoBeBoSco, where our Boy Scout troop is attending summer camp this week. The object of this game was for a scout to try to get through this web of rope without touching any part of his body to the rope. Our scouts had other ideas about how that task should be accomplished. The scout with the goofy smile on his face and waving is my son. It was his first year at summer camp that year.

"The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both."
