Re-UnitedPosted by Russ Devan (New Hanover, United States) on 11 November 2008 in People & Portrait and Portfolio. From a recent portrait session for a couple who found a way to get back together after a recent separation. What better way to celebrate than with a portrait to capture the moment. Congratulations. "The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both."

A reflector was positioned in front of the subjects to catch a bit of the light and bounce it onto their faces so that they would not be a silhouette. |
