Let It Snow!Posted by Russ Devan (New Hanover, United States) on 30 December 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. I shot this image 20 years ago while out cross-country skiing one winter afternoon near Skaneateles Lake (pronounced skinny AT lis), in the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York, not far from where I was going to school at the time. This was shot on my trusty, all manual, Nikon FM2 35mm SLR, which I still have. "The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both."
