Girl TalkPosted by Russ Devan (New Hanover, United States) on 25 June 2009 in People & Portrait and Portfolio. Serena, a friend of my daughter, Lauren (right), stopped by last evening to shoot some portraits, which she plans to use to kick off her acting career. One of the portraits her agency requested was one showing drama. This was just one idea for a dramatic pose that Lauren came up with. Although, Serena can't really use this shot of the two of them for her portfolio, I thought the pose was a real winner. Thanks for the great idea, Lauren! "The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both."
