Resica Falls Scout ReservationPosted by Russ Devan (New Hanover, United States) on 15 July 2009 in Landscape & Rural. This is a view of Resica Falls on Bushkill Creek, near the entrance to Resica Falls Scout Reservation. The scout reservation and the land surrounding the falls and the creek are owned by the Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America. "The Master in the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He hardly knows which is which. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him he is always doing both."

Marilla from Turku, FinlandYou've managed to make the water smooth and beautiful. 15 Jul 2009 8:41am Paul Michko from Exton, United StatesThe water looks like flowing silver, Russ. Awesome scene. 15 Jul 2009 8:56am Monte Stevens from Westerville, United StatesA great image to see first thing in the morning. I like your low angle of view. Well done! 15 Jul 2009 11:44am Dan Creighton from Pottstown, United StatesA pretty location Russ. Like the top 2/3 the most. 15 Jul 2009 2:41pm Betsy Barron from Chester Springs, PA, United Stateslike it - I agree with Dan - could lose the bottom 1/3 - nothing too great there in the foreground and it distracts me from the flowing water - when are we going shooting!!? 15 Jul 2009 3:05pm Vinay from Bangalore, IndiaQuick silver or a sheet of thin ice!! Its really difficult to make out... My photograph here looks similar to yours but is a much smaller version than yours. :) 15 Jul 2009 5:38pm Bill Brown from California, United StatesVery nice capture!
