Everything is subjective I know and for everything I say there may be a counter view...Have to say first of all that this pose unlike the others may not be the most flattering. I lean towards Betsy's finishing. The mono appears flat in comparison to the colour, which has a warm vibrancy. The coloured version also emphasises the decay of the great location, and while I understand that Russ has chosen to make Betsy the main focus of the image, the advantage of the location is lost.
I make it 3-1 in favour of Betsy...Russ it's all to play for!

@Ted: Ted, I'm glad that you are keeping score because I'm not. This was all for fun and not a competition by any stretch of the imagination. You must be a very competitive person by nature.
...maybe Russ...but I think more a case of responding to the fresh, fun and innovative response of you both and rising to the challenge of dual critiquing. Critiquing is often bland on here with the word "great" over-used with no explanation why, let alone differentiating between one & another. But this is by far the freshest thing I have ever seen on Aminus (CREDIT TO YOU BOTH) & didn't think for one minute either of you were competitive and actually find it fascinating that from the same images, you have created diverse impressions, that say something different each time. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I'm aware that what one sees as a positive others, or on a different day, will rationalise as a negative, so my scores are wholly irrelevant...and so for all those reasons I was simply entering into the fun of what you have created.
So...don't let the scores put you off...it is still all to play for ):-!
the great look at two perspective continues! i like this one with nice lighting but then again i tend to prefer smooth and soft light and i also really like the smooth gradients here! great pose!
This is a perfect example of the power of black and white to provide a depth to the narrative. The color version is a fine photograph of the lovely subject - but this suggests mystery, begs a story, pulls me in to want to know more. What car? Who's car? To where? Why? - Pretty amazing given there is no car. For you or for me.
